How the price works.
How is my tier decided?
By the number of veterinarians who practice under your account — Solo, Partner, or Multi-Doctor. It's not per seat: coordinators, technicians, and admins don't count toward the tier and don't add to the price. [The exact doctor counts per tier are being finalized before launch.]
Is there a contract?
No. Every tier is month-to-month — cancel anytime. There's no annual commitment and no cancellation fee.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — you can start a free trial without a credit card. [Jeff: confirm trial length before publishing.]
What's included in each tier?
The full platform — the same in every tier. We don't gate compliance or safety features behind higher prices, so a solo vet gets the same DEA-grade drug log, exports, and security as a group. Tiers differ only by how many veterinarians the account covers.
Why aren't you the cheapest option?
Because the price already includes the features you'd otherwise pay extra for. On a lower-priced base plan, bolting on the equivalent typically runs at least $50/month more in add-ons. We'd rather quote one honest number with everything in it.
What happens if my practice grows past my tier?
You move to the next tier for the flat difference in price — no per-seat penalty for adding a doctor. Past five doctors, we'll set you up with custom pricing; just contact us.
